Company disregards law to build wharf in Hainan

Illegally built structures, including a wharf, are popping up on a stretch of coast in Lingao county, South China’s Hainan province, Aug 6, 2015. A company has reclaimed land from the sea and built structures without acquiring necessary approvals.
