    Local weather station in Chongqing Municipality issued an "orange warning" for high temperatures on Aug. 4. Many tourists went to the ice and snow hall in Yangren Street on the day. Wearing cotton-padded coats, they played mahjong, poker, skating and enjoyed other entertainment projects. The average temperature in the hall is minus 10 degrees Celsius while the outdoor temperature was near 40 degrees Celsius. (CNS Photo)
