BEIJING, March 5 (Xinhua) -- China will create over 11 million new urban jobs in 2019, says a government work report available to news media on Tuesday morning ahead of the annual legislative session.
The government aims to achieve a surveyed urban unemployment rate of around 5.5 percent, and a registered urban unemployment rate within 4.5 percent, figures from the report show.
