Villager He Jinwen serves tea at home in Hejiakouzi Village of Hanjiaoshui Township in Zhongning County, northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Sept. 6, 2018. In 2004, a project diverting water from the Yellow River eased Hanjiaoshui's water shortage. Many migrant workers returned hometown. Under the guidance of local government, they planted watermelon and developed cultivation industry.
