On March 15, Yuliangzhou section of Hanjiang Tunnel, the first river-crossing tunnel in Xiangyang, broke ground.
The project has a total investment of some 4.998 billion yuan and a construction period of 3 years.
The project is not only Xiangyang's first river-crossing tunnel, but also the first across the Han River.
