On December 19, UNEP-GEF Shennongjia Project was launched in Wuhan. Heads of the Wudao Canyon Nature Reserve Administration delivered speeches on behalf of project member entities.

With a total investment of 17.74 million US dollars, with Shennongjia National Park as core, the project covers six nature reserves, including Zhuxi 18-li Canyon and Zhushan Duheyuan in Shiyan, Baokang Wudao Canyon in Xiangyang, etc.
