CRCC, Infrafer sign contract on building joint venture company (2)

ALGIERS, Feb. 16, 2016 -- Wei Wanzheng (L, front), vice-general manager of China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) International, and Slimane Bouchama (R, front), CEO of the National Company of Railway Construction of Algeria (Infrafer), sign on the contract, as Yang Guangyu (L, rear), Chinese ambassador to Algeria, and Boujemaa Talai (R, rear), transport minister of Algeria, witness the signing ceremony, in Algiers, Algeria, Feb. 15, 2016.
